It all started with a simple dream — to bring the authentic taste of coal-fired pizza to South Florida. Anthony Bruno, a first-generation Italian-American, grew up watching his grandmother hand-toss dough in her small Brooklyn kitchen. He carried those memories with him when he opened the first Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza in Fort Lauderdale in 1999.
Using only the finest ingredients — San Marzano tomatoes, fresh buffalo mozzarella, and premium hand-selected toppings — Anthony perfected a recipe that stays true to old-world Italian tradition while embracing the bold, vibrant flavors of Florida. Today, we continue that legacy in Boca Raton, serving the same recipes that made us famous.
